The Annual WSU College of Veterinary Medicine’s
Teddy Bear Clinic and Open House return


Fun for the whole family!

Children are encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animal, get scrubbed in with veterinary students and assist with surgery at the Washington State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital’s Teddy Bear Surgery Clinic from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

The Open House will also feature:

  • an anatomically-painted cow
  • the Royal Canin Canine Canter 5K, and
  • a variety of other events for people of all ages.
  • Numerous veterinary clubs will be on hand to visit with the public.

Royal Canin Canine Canter 5K - a Fun Run 

When: Saturday, April 2th
Time: Registration @ 8am and Start Time @ 8:30am
Where: The race will be starting at McGee Park and loop through Pullman (the map will be sent out after you register)

Proceeds from the 5K will be donated to the Whitman County Humane Society.
Prizes will be awarded to the top-three finishers and for the best dog and runner costume combo.

To register: Fill out this Google form and pay a $20 entry fee/donation to Josie Wray with either cash, check made out to Josie Wray, or Venmo to @Josie-Wray. If you would like to make a donation to support the Whitman County Humane Society but you are not interested in participating in the race, you are more than welcome to register for the event and select the option that you will not be running in the race.

Registration after March 21 will NOT include a t-shirt.
