Jeremiah Grissett grew up in Huntsville, Alabama and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2006 for college. For the last 9 years, he has lived in Stillwater, OK, where he attended Oklahoma State University for his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and his Doctorate in Human Development and Family Science. Jeremiah has clinical experience in community mental health practicing individual, couples, and family/child therapy. In June 2019, Jeremiah began serving as the inaugural Counselor and Wellness Coordinator at the OSU College of Veterinary Medicine where he developed a counseling program for veterinary and graduate students and helped guide and direct many of the wellness initiatives throughout the college. Jeremiah met his wife, Dr. Brooke Bennett, in 2018 and they got married in December of 2020; Dr. Bennett is a general practice veterinarian in Pullman. They are mom and dad to half a herd of critters: two cats (Creek and Ripple), two dogs (Annie and Beck), and a corn snake (Rio). Jeremiah and Brooke love to spend time with friends, watch movies, go hiking and camping, and are very excited to explore all the Palouse has to offer.
