PhD in Neuroscience

The PhD in Neuroscience is a research-intensive program to train students for independent research careers in higher education, industry, and government agencies.

Our graduate students work with leading faculty from multiple departments, colleges, and campuses across WSU, providing a broad selection of mentors and potential topics for thesis research.

Collaboration is huge for our department and our lab. Having the opportunity to work with, and learn from, so many incredible researchers gives us opportunities to learn new techniques, work on multiple projects, and ultimately strengthen the level of science coming out of our lab and department.
