2022 Quarter Century Club inductees

Congratulations to the five members of the College of Veterinary Medicine who were among the 2022 inductees into WSU’s Quarter Century Club.

The Quarter Century Club has been active since 1934 and is WSU’s longest-running employee recognition program. The club’s membership includes faculty and staff who have worked at the university for 25 years or more in benefit-eligible positions.

Included in this year’s inductees were Robert Houston, radiation therapy dosimetrist in Oncology; Michelle Martinez, director of Administrative Services; Steve Martinez, professor and veterinary surgeon in Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine; Debra Sellon, professor and veterinarian in Equine Medicine and Emergency and Critical Care; and Rance Sellon, associate professor and veterinarian in Oncology and Small Animal Internal Medicine.

“It is truly wonderful to recognize and honor our long-term employees at the College. These five people have had tremendous impact through their service to the teaching hospital and college — their contributions to teaching, clinical care and leadership are extraordinary,” said Dr. Dori Borjesson, dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine.
