Biography
Dr. Wenz has been a Field Disease Investigation Unit (FDIU) team member since 2007. He endeavors to help livestock producers and future veterinarians be successful through outreach and on-farm clinical service activities. Recognizing that teaching requires more than knowledge of health and production management, he strives to learn “how to teach” as a member of the college’s Teaching Academy. Work-life balance can be a challenge but John works toward that by hiking, biking and rafting with his family.
