Tatiana Galvins is one of 10 ore-admitted students in the Class of 2022 who earned their undergraduate degree in three years. Now in her final year of veterinary school, Tatiana is on track to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine this spring after seven years in Pullman. If you’re in need, she’s looking for a small animal general practice where she can pursue her love for surgery.

“I wanted to become a veterinarian due to my passion for learning and understanding medical science. I am very excited to use what I have learned to improve the quality of life of the animals that bring us so much joy and companionship,” Tatiana said. The western Washington native has two companions of her own, Buddy, a 3-year-old male Anatolian/Australian Shepherd mix; and Bugs Bunny, a 6-month-old Holland/Lop mix.

One of Tatiana’s favorite places to study is also her favorite place to watch Cougar football games – The Coug. “It has a rich history,” she said. “It’s a great place to study while eating delicious tater tots during the day, and make a ton of new friends at night.”
