Why did you choose to attend our program for veterinary school?

I went to Washington State University for my undergraduate education and I truly love being in Pullman and going to school here, and knew I wanted to pursue a DVM at a school as wonderful as Washington State University. I am a Washington state native and had always had my sights set on going to WSU CVM, I had toured the veterinary hospital several times prior to applying and I loved the atmosphere that I felt from the moment I walked through the door. I wanted to attend a school that had an emphasis on agriculture medicine in a rural setting while staying close to my family and where I was raised.

I like living in Pullman because:

I like living in Pullman because there is a very strong sense of community here! I love all that a small town has to offer while still enjoying all the hustle and bustle that the WSU campus brings to Pullman. Not to mention the beautiful summers here in Pullman that make for so many fun sunny days at the river or exploring new hikes in the Washington/Idaho area.

Club opportunities are:

The club opportunities are amazing!! Never before in my academic career have I had access to so many club opportunities, both for my areas of interest as well as things I may not have initially thought I’d be interested in but wanted to learn more.
