Thea Leigh Lara is a nationally certified pharmacy technician at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. She and our pharmacy team work closely with our veterinarians and staff to provide safe and effective drug therapy to our animal patients.

Dr. Nickol Finch has been providing exceptional care for wildlife and exotic pets at Washington State University’s Veterinary Teaching Hospital for more than two decades.
You will regularly interact with our veterinarians, technicians and fourth-year students while at the teaching hospital, but there are also teams of compassionate and highly trained people – like Materials Department manager Travis Burke – working behind the scenes to ensure all our patients receive exceptional care.
Our friendly patient services coordinators like Chelsea Jacobs are often the first people you interact with at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Chelsea has been with the Small Animal Orthopedic and Soft Tissue Surgery team for nearly two years.
