Dr. Susan Matthew, Professor in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, is a veterinarian with a focus on veterinary education and the human side of veterinary practice.

Dr. Palmer is the founding director of the Paul G. Allen School of for Global Health, and a Regents Professor of pathology and infectious diseases.

Dr. Jenn Hergert is leaving her mark on the next wave of WSU veterinarians who find themselves in the same position she once was.

Dr. Shane Hentges takes over for Professor Steve Simasko, who has chaired the program since 2008. Hentges received her doctorate in neuroscience and bachelor’s degree in genetics and cell biology from WSU.

Dr. Valentina Dazio joins WSU’s critical care team as an intern from Switzerland.
